Kentucky Performing Arts, Louisville’s leading performing arts organization, engaged Venue Solutions Group to lead a master-planning process across its three venues. The work began with RFPs for a needs assessment and market study, followed by an RFP to develop architectural designs based on those findings.
We created the RFP content, managed the bidding process, facilitated all associated activities, and guided the client toward the most informed decision at each step.
The resulting deliverables formed the basis for a significant funding request to upgrade their facilities.
