VSG has performed a complete facility condition assessment of NRG Park — home of the NFL’s Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo — not once, but twice. Our scope covered the entire 350-acre site: NRG Stadium, NRG Center, NRG Arena, the central plants, the various storage buildings, and the overall grounds and parking areas.
Each assessment evaluated the full range of disciplines, including architectural finishes, MEP systems, structure, technology, vertical transportation, roofing, and food service, and culminated in a 20-year capital expense matrix to guide long-term planning and investment.
