Since 2008, our team has conducted Guest Experience Benchmarking at five NBA arenas every season, attending games as ordinary patrons to evaluate every touchpoint of the fan experience—from food and beverage service and event staff interactions to venue cleanliness, technology, and Wi-Fi performance.
While Venue Solutions Group was officially founded in 2011, this benchmarking program began three years earlier under a previous organization and has continued uninterrupted ever since. Over the years, our work has taken us through every NBA arena—most of them multiple times—building one of the deepest and most consistent perspectives on NBA game-day guest experience anywhere.
